Optical Led Signal (SOL)
The optical led signal is a Tecnologie Meccaniche product that has been approved from the competent Technical Department. Led technology has been applied to railways lighting in order to increase luminous efficacy of railway signals and to reset maintenance operations to zero; the SOL has a MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) greater than 200.000 hours, and it is available in one, two or three aspects (Red-Yellow-Green). SOL will be employed to set up the entire railways of Sardinia in Italy.
