The C.H.R. Reactor offers pinpoint control of temperature for heating and pasteurization. Because the heat is created inside the liquid, rather than transferred through high temperature metal surfaces, there is no scaling of equipment and no scorching of product. This is particularly important in high fat dairy products such as cheese and puddings. Equipment shutdowns and maintenance problems are greatly reduced. This improves product yield, product quality and reduces over all costs associated with production. Product taste is also improved. Production of Jellies, banana slurries, mixing and heating spices, and pasteurization of fruit juices can all be improved with the C.H.R. Technology.
